What Imihanda is
Imihanda is a free directory that helps people find businesses in Rwanda. By using the site you accept these terms. Questions: support@imihanda.com.
Listings and accuracy
Listings come from public sources and from business owners. We check what we can and never invent ratings, opening hours or phone numbers, but details change - please confirm important things (like opening hours) with the business before travelling. A listing on Imihanda is not our endorsement of the business.
Claiming a listing
Claiming is free and is only for the owner or someone authorised by the owner. We verify claims by phone before handing over a page. We may edit or remove any listing to keep the directory accurate, and owners can ask for corrections or removal at any time.
Reviews and photos
Reviews must describe your own real experience, under your real name. No insults, false claims, or reviews of your own or a competitor's business. Photos you send must be yours and show the business; by sending them you allow us to show them on the listing. We check reviews and photos and remove what breaks these rules.
Your use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no false submissions, no attempts to mislead businesses or visitors, and no bulk copying of the directory to build a competing service. The map data comes from OpenStreetMap and stays under its open licence.
Our responsibility
The site is provided free and as-is. We are not a party to any deal between you and a listed business, and we are not responsible for their services, prices or actions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate listing details.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new version.
